Your body stays on high alert… or shuts down entirely. Over time, this can affect your mental and physical health, decision-making, creativity, confidence, and overall sense of peace.
It can feel like you're losing your marbles, stuck in a rut, unable to catch your breath, or unable to think clearly anymore.
Life can start feeling chaotic when you don't fully trust yourself, feel grounded within yourself, or even know where your footing is.
For me, survival mode has shown up in two primary ways: hyperarousal and hypoarousal.
Hyperarousal (fight or flight) can look like racing thoughts, constant pressure, frantic thinking, and that nagging feeling that you have to fix everything right now. You can't seem to slow down...yet somehow, you're still not getting anywhere.
Hypoarousal (freeze or fawn) can look like blurred days, stalled momentum, exhaustion, disconnection from your intuition, or losing your sense of direction. Sometimes it shows up as numbing out through distractions...scrolling, binge-watching, staying “busy,” or simply trying to cope.
I know what it's like to live on both sides of that spectrum.
I also know how powerful steady, grounded support can be while you stabilize your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
ANCHOR Cocoon is a 12-week immersive coaching experience designed to help women rebuild trust with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, strengthen their mindset, and reconnect to their foundation.
Blending psychology, personal growth, nervous system awareness, and energetic/chakra-based work, this container helps you become your own anchor — steady within yourself, even when life still feels uncertain around you.
This is focused, deep work without the commitment of a full year of coaching.
Over 12 weeks, you'll begin to:
